Do I need to have prior fitness or flexibility experience to join?
Absolutely not. Our programs are intentionally structured to build functional flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, and structural strength from day one, regardless of your starting point.
What should I wear to my first introductory trial class?
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting athletic clothing (such as track pants and a plain t-shirt). Training is conducted barefoot on clean, professional safety mats. If you choose to enroll, a formal uniform (Dobok) will be assigned.
Is competitive sparring mandatory for adult practitioners?
No. While high-performance Olympic sparring is a core division of our academy, traditional martial arts tracks focus purely on self-defense mechanics, physical fitness, and forms (Poomsae). You choose the direction that matches your goals.
At what age can children start training in the youth division?
Our Foundation Class accepts children starting at age 6. This curriculum focuses heavily on building critical developmental physical coordination, basic behavioral discipline, and active listening skills.
